The first night in China went by. In the morning Ben and Jin Di told us they will leave Tang Gu in the afternoon and we can go to their house in Tianjin. They were so nice and hospitable. After leaving them on Monday we were able to use our visa card in China bank and get some cash. Anyway it took us 3 days to ride our bikes to get to Beijing. The big city of Beijing welcomed us in a cold sunny day. The atmosphere of Olympic Games was totally understandable due to in every parts of the city was full of billboards and advertisements for the Games. Beijing 2008
Everywhere is full of bicycle and bikers pass each other, the traffic lights and pedestrians with no rule. All of the roads has a very big shoulder for the bikers, but many times the car drivers hunk and come to the bike road with high speed. Unfortunately the weather is much polluted, especially at nights and some times breathing is really impossible. One of our Chinese friend said at the Olympic time it was a limitation for people to use their cars and they were not allowed to drive their cars in some days of the week, but after the games every thing is the same as before. We really feel so sad to see the trees by the streets which all of their leaves are full of dust. It’s unbelievable to see in many parts of the cities it’s just few meters the distance between poor and wealthy people. Old narrow streets and high fancy buildings are very close to each other
A lot of people carry their small shops behind their bikes. And some people in many junctions fix the bikes problems
What about Chinese food? Eventually after almost 2 years we found the breads like Iranian bread. We were so happy and exited. Foods are really delicious and cheap. We love Chinese food. Imagine if the price of a dish in America is 5 boxes, in Japan is 8 boxes, in Korea 4, but in China you can buy a dish for 1 dollar which you can also share it with another person
At the moment we are in Beijing and one of our friends at CS is hosting us. That’s a good opportunity to visit some attractions (the Forbidden City, China Great wall, Tian Anmen - Tian'anmen Square is one of the largest squares in the world…) and also find the best way to reach India. We are also trying to arrange a tree planting
بعد از درج گزارش قبلی، خیلی از دوستان نگران و ناراحت شدند که نکند سفر ما نیمه رها شده و قصد بازگشت داریم!
اما اصلا اینطور نیست و ما به دنبال راهی مناسب برای ورود به کشور هند می گردیم تا سفر را ادامه داده و سرانجام پس از 2 سال به ایران نزدیک شویم.
پس از 3 روز دوچرخه سواری از ترمینال کشتی در هوایی سرد، خشک و آلوده به پایتخت چین، پکن (بیجینگ) رسیدیم. اصلا باورمان نمی شد که تا چند ماه پیش در این شهر مسابقات المپیک برگزار شده و همین کشور بالاترین مدال ها را کسب کرده.
فقر بسیار زیاد در تمام محله های پایتخک موج می زند. اگر کمی با دقت به عکسها نگاه کنید شما هم حتما آنرا لمس خواهید کرد.
قبلا ها شنیده بودم که مغول ها بر روی اسب به دنیا می آیند، زندگی می کنند و میمیرند، شاید بتوان این سخن را برای چینی ها چنین تغییر داد که آنها بر روی دوچرخه به دنیا می آیند و ....
در تمام جاده ها، خیابانها و حتی اتوبانها مسیر مخصوص دوچرخه وجود دارد. در بعضی مکانها مسیر دوچرخه سواری حتی از مسیر ماشینها هم عریض تراست.
مردم، پیر و جوان بر روی دوچرخه هایی قدیمی، زنگ زده سوار و به هر سویی می روند. بدون توجه به قوانین رانندگی!!!!
سر هر محله و چهار راهی تعمیرگاه سیار دوچرخه سازی برپاست تا با استفاده از پیچهای زنگ زده و شاید کمی روغن کاری چرخ مشتری دوباره برای مدتی بچرخد.
خیلی ها هم محل کارشان را با دوچرخه به پشت می کشند. انواع دستفروش ها، میوه فروشی و غذافروشیها و ....
غذاهای چینی، بسیار لذیذ و فوق العاده ارزان هستند و گاهی قیمت ها اصلا باورکردنی نیست. مثلا در آمریکا یک ساندویچ و یا یک غذای ساده برای یک نفر 5 دلار، در ژاپن 8 دلار و در کره شاید 4 دلار . اما در چین با یک دلار می توانیم 2 نفری یک غذای کامل بخوریم!!!
و در اینجا بعد از مدتها نانوایی به سبک نانوایی های ایرانی پیدا کردیم.
رانندگی در این شهر و کشور هم دیدنی است. دستی بر فرمان و دستی بر بوق!!!
ماشنیها بر سر هر چهار راهی که می رسند با زدن بوق ممتد سعی می کنند تا مردم و دوچرخه سوارها را مجبور کنند تا راهی باز کنند و آنها هم عبور کنند و جالب اینکه این بوق زدنها بر خلاف ایران اصلا با ناراحتی و عصبانیت همراه نیست.
فعلا چند روزی را در پکن مشغول دیدن جاذبه های توریستی هستیم (شهر ممنوعه و میدان تیان آنمن بزرگترین میدان جهان، دیوار چین و ... ) تا ببینیم سفر ما را به کجا هدایت می کند!
